Flags only come from verified members, each member can flag a given contact once, and unusual patterns get reviewed. It is not a score to be farmed and it is not displayed as one.
No. Flags are anonymous, the person is never notified, never shown the flag, and has no way of finding out who filed it. Blacklist has no client-facing side at all.
No, and neither can anyone else. You see what happened, when, and roughly where. That protection works in both directions.
Any member can request a review of a flag naming their details. Flags are checked by a person and anything failing review is removed. Repeat false flagging loses that member their account.
No. Blacklist is a screening tool, not an emergency service and not a substitute for the police. In an emergency always call 999.
Your account is anonymised rather than deleted, so the safety information stays useful to other members while nothing traces back to you.
